Did you know that "View Transform" may correct your scene lighting?

Whether you're working in the 3D viewport or the video sequencer (VSE), you may feel like colors are dark or there is no enough lighting. For VSE, you may notice that the images and videos are darker than the original ones.

In the 3D viewport, there are many ways to help improve your lighting such as:
1. Increase your lighting power.
2. Add more than one light (lamb).
3. Increase the world lighting.
4. Adjust the materials.

But there is a simple trick that is not well-known. You go to the Render Properties tab > Color Management section > Change View Transform from Filmic to Standard as shown in the below image.

This will greatly improve your colors. For VSE, you can't add light or materials so this will effectively help you get normal lighting.
